37,000 Ft2 Commercial Development in the Old Street Tech Hub – within the St. Luke’s Conservation area, Old Street was another distinctive Retained Façade utilising adjacent buildings as part of the extensive propping system, a large Basement was excavated below a steel retention structure and the new hybrid Steel & Concrete deck frame was designed to be fully erected before propping was removed utilising 3D clash detection software to ensure buildability. Along with design led, high-spec office space – Stylus contains Award winning Roof Gardens & a large Basement Lightwell brought together by key structural & finishing Trade Contractors to create fantastic external spaces within the urban environment.
