Complexities in all elements around the standalone house at Gloucester Avenue eventually led to it becoming a design development item throughout the completion of the main build, a large basement extension, complete demolition of the rear of the house and retention of front section of the house created an entirely different space devoid of awkward internal walls and enabling spacious basement Living & Entertaining spaces.
