Clarendon Road

The first new Commercial building in 15 years within a core employment area [Clarendon Road] in the Borough of Watford and close to the Town Centre – a large basement Car Park was added to the development as foundations were being installed – quick response from rfm & the Design Team enabled the addition of the Car Park within the original Programme Period. The Large format Glazing panels required complex plant and planning to complete the glazing of the entire facade without the use of traditional scaffolding – planned from the start of the development and executed on site in less than a fortnight before Practical Completion was achieved just 4 weeks later.
