A part-refurb, part-new build Courtyard development in the heart of Primrose Hill, this development was obtained and back underway at a week’s notice following termination of the clients original Main Contractor’s contract. Working with the Development Manager to quickly assemble a team and re-establish contracts with Trade Contractors who had already commenced work on site, rfm worked to utilise an already overspent Cost Plan, removing any doubt that the end Client was getting the best possible value from all sources. Finishes were quickly re-specified and agreed with the client team, providing an overall higher specification for the development.
