Enclosed courtyard scheme surrounded by tenanted buildings, Hatton Wall was a 39,000ft2 7 Storey Mixed Use Scheme within the Jewellery District, a new hybrid steel & Timber Frame constructed behind a distinctive front façade - specialist Cladding manufacture & installation helped to keep waste down helping to achieve BREEAM accreditation and keep preliminary costs down to far below that of traditional MC rates. High specification apartments and warehouse style offices were created without compromising the distinctive character of the front elevation through the retention scheme developed with Supply Chain input & established Design Team.
